We are seeking a proactive Internal Sales Executive to support our sales team by managing inbound inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue. This role is crucial for identifying opportunities, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent account management.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and via phone, email, and CRM systems.
  • Proactively contact existing and potential customers to generate sales
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely renewals or reorders.
  • Provide product information and technical support where necessary.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Goldmine).
  • Proven experience in a Sales/Telesales role (min 2–3 years preferred).
  • Experience in B2B sales environments.
