We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Clinic Receptionist to join our busy and welcoming team in Leigh-on-Sea. This is a part-time position for one day per week, with flexibility to cover additional shifts during busy periods, annual leave, or sickness.
About the Role:
Office-based at our Leigh-on-Sea clinic
Front-of-house reception duties including welcoming patients, answering calls, booking appointments, answer the phone and general admin
Supporting the clinical team and helping with the day-to-day running of the clinic
Key Responsibilities:
Diary management for a team of 15 clinicians, ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently
Managing a multi-line phone system - answering calls, transferring, taking messages, and booking appointments while juggling other tasks
Working confidently on Apple Mac systems, so good technical skills are essential
Keeping things running smoothly during busy times, with the ability to stay calm and organised under pressure

Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Experience with diary or appointment management across multiple people is essential
Confident handling a busy reception desk and phone system
Friendly, professional, and tech-savvy - able to learn new systems quickly
