Pay: £15-16/hour (Unqualified: From £13.68/hour)

• Level 3 qualified in Childcare, Early Years Education or equivalent (essential for most of our roles)
• We also welcome unqualified candidates with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in early years education
• A warm, friendly approach with a strong understanding of the importance of early childhood development
• Reliability, initiative, and a team-focused attitude
• Willingness to get stuck in – from messy play to story time and everything in between

• Supporting children’s development through creative, play-based learning
• Contributing to a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
• Working closely with parents, carers, and your team to ensure every child thrives
• Helping to observe and track key developmental milestones
