We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant who wants their spreadsheet skills to make a genuine difference. This isn't just about balancing books (though you'll definitely master that) – you'll be the financial foundation that keeps our life-changing work running smoothly.

Working part-time (21 hours over 5 days), you'll join our finance team and help ensure every penny we receive goes toward creating better futures for the young people who need us most.

  • Keep our Purchase Ledger running like clockwork – processing, matching, and coding invoices
  • Manage our Sales Ledger with precision, raising invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Chase debts professionally (because every pound recovered means more support for young people)
  • Process expenses and card payments with eagle-eyed attention to detail

YOUR ESSENTIAL TOOLKIT

Must-Have Experience:
  • Previous experience in financial processing, including purchase and sales ledgers
  • Proven track record of building relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
  • Experience working effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent administration and clerical skills that you can rely on
Technical Skills We Need:
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • GCSE passes in Maths and English (the foundations that matter!)
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain high standards under pressure
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritize effectively
