What You'll Do

As a self-employed consultant with J&J Recruitment Services, you'll run your own desk—driving results while maintaining autonomy. Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and placing exceptional talent across multiple sectors
  • Partnering with clients to deliver tailored hiring solutions
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Cultivating long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Upholding professionalism and compliance standards
  • Contributing to the collaborative, high-performing culture of our network

About You

You’re an ambitious, results-driven recruiter who thrives in a flexible environment. You bring:

  • Proven experience in agency or in-house recruitment
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence working independently and meeting commercial goals
  • Familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn tools
  • A desire to grow your client base with our support and branding
