Account Director

R13 Recruitment are partnering a well-recognised and dynamic digital marketing agency in their search for an experienced Account Director to join their highly reputable team on a part time basis. Seeking an experienced client services professional with a strong commercial acumen for performance marketing, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in client management whilst being strategically minded and having hands-on input in the delivery of campaigns.

This is a part time, permanent position with hybrid working available. Working hours can be split across either three or five days. A well-rounded benefits package includes an initial 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) pro-rata, increasing incrementally, pension and private healthcare.

The successful candidate can come from agency, or from an in-house position where you’re looking to make that transition. It is essential that you have had the exposure to global B2B brands, ideally clients in e-commerce.

The day to day

  • Understanding the client's business operations and model.
  • Aligning the strategy with the client's commercial objectives.
  • Collaborating with team members to surpass targets.
  • Ensuring the client feels valued, appreciated, and heard.
  • Expanding client accounts by identifying opportunities that align with their objectives.
  • Collaborating with team members throughout the agency to enhance the client's overall experience.
  • Participating in new business pitches and guiding new clients through the on-boarding process.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience in a similar consultancy and digital agency in client focused role (ideally)
  • In-depth marketing experience and knowledge.
  • An understanding of SEO & PPC.
  • A successful track record of building relationships.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and delivering client results.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a strategic and innovative approach to marketing.
  • The ability to assess result and identify continuous improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
