Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented Part Time Credit Controller looking for an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, SME business? Based in central Manchester very close to transport links, this is a chance to make your mark and grow with the team

This is a part-time role (minimum 3 days / 20 hours per week) - perfect for someone experienced, efficient and confident dealing with customers.

You’ll be responsible for chasing debt, resolving queries, and making sure accounts are accurate and up to date.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Chasing overdue B2B payments
• Allocating incoming payments to the right accounts
• Reconciling customer accounts across portals and systems
• Dealing with retailer portals and invoice queries
• Managing and resolving payment disputes
• Working with Ops, Sales and Finance to stay aligned
• Keeping debt low and cash flow steady

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of experience in a credit control or AR role
• Confident handling B2B debt - ideally in FMCG or retail
• Comfortable using customer portals (retailers, wholesalers etc.)
• Strong reconciliation and query management skills
• Able to work independently and keep things moving

• Part-time (min 3 days/20 hours) with flexible hours

You should be available to work 3 days per week and the role will be two days in the office and one day from home.
