A great opportunity has arisen for a confident, HR Advisor, who is passionate about Employee Relations, to join a well-established organisation in Cambridgeshire. This will be a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, there will also be the option of reduced hours for the right candidate.

Typical duties include:

• Effectively manage a range of ER cases
• Analyse data to identify ER trends
• Support with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Promote diversity and inclusion across the business
• Support on a variety of projects
• Ensure all records are updated accordingly

The successful candidate will have/be:

• CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum
• Demonstrable experience within HR and Recruitment
• Confident communicator, resilient and professional
• Change management experience
• Strong leader with influencing skills
