Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Admin Coordinator to join their team. The role is for 4 full days per week, fully office based. This is a varied role, with approximately 90% administrative responsibilities, providing essential support to the sales team and ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming enquiries via email, phone, and the website
  • Providing warm, customer-focused support – often to older individuals with traditional expectations
  • Accurately processing orders and purchase orders
  • Logging and managing customer tickets and queries
  • Coordinating deliveries (mainly with DPD)
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing
  • Packing small orders when required
  • General admin tasks and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative follow-ups and tasks
  • Using Excel (basic to intermediate level)
Our Client is Looking For Someone Who:
  • Possesses strong admin skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Communicates in a polite, patient, and respectful manner
  • Is comfortable with occasional light physical tasks (e.g., post, deliveries, packing)
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with a small, supportive team
  • Is confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Has experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (beneficial, but not essential)
