Experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper/accounts assistant to join our team. Duties to include: input of financial data into Sage accounts, preparation of quarterly VAT returns, processing of client records to produce control accounts leading to annual accounts using Excel spreadsheets, monthly processing of client payrolls using Iris software.

The successful candidate will be fully conversant in Sage accounts and a knowledge of Iris Kashflow and Iris payroll would be preferable, although training can be provided. Attention to detail is essential with an ability to sort through paperwork and draft summaries from incomplete records.
