RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an excellent, well-established company who are looking for a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small, friendly team in Waterfoot, Rossendale. Due to a retirement the opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to help with overseeing the accounts payable function and support in other areas of accounts as required by the Financial Controller.
Duties include:
Matching and processing purchase invoices
Working with the job costing and accountancy software
Maintaining the purchase invoice files
Supplier payment runs - ensuring suppliers are paid on time
Setting up new suppliers
Reconciling supplier statements
Ad hoc accounts duties as required
This Purchase Ledger Clerk role can be flexible with hours and is ideal for someone who is looking to work around school hours. Experience within a small accounts team is essential.
