An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week) to join a cutting-edge business at the intersection of luxury, technology, and immersive experiences. This role offers full remote flexibility and the chance to contribute to the operational finance backbone of a fast-growing, forward-thinking company.

As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day and month-end finance operations, working closely with the leadership team to ensure the smooth running of financial processes. Responsibilities will include:

• Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records

• Preparing and submitting VAT returns

• Managing accounts payable/receivable and invoicing

• Producing monthly management accounts

• Assisting with budget tracking and cash flow forecasting

• Supporting the leadership team with financial insight and reporting

We’re looking for a confident and self-motivated finance professional with:

• Solid experience in a similar Finance Manager or operational finance role

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounting

• Proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems, ideally Quickbooks

• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Ideally, a background working in a start-up or creative/tech-driven business
