Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a term-time only role working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 10:00 - 14:00.
This position will suit candidates who are keen to work in a busy telephone-based role, have excellent communication skills and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. No previous insurance experience is required, full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your job is to deliver an outstanding customer experience to our clients.
During the day you’ll be busy making and receiving calls and providing support to our clients.
You’ll develop a wide-ranging knowledge of commercial motor insurance experience as you could be supporting our clients at any point of the customer lifecycle, for example if they need to change the vehicle on their policy, have a question about their policy terms or payments, or as they renew their policy.
