Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with an exciting organisation based in Harrogate who are experience a high period of growth. Due to the growth a new opportunity has arisen to join their team on a permanent basis. The client is in new modern offices which are easily accessible via public transport and parking is available onsite. They are looking for someone to come join their team who is personable when in a customer facing role.

You will join an organisation that placing employee wellbeing is at the heart of their ethos. This means an incredibly supportive team, employee wellbeing days and group activities.

Role;

• Welcoming a wide range of visitors
• Occasional receptionist work
• Perform various administration duties including booking meetings, printing and photocopying
• Updating and maintaining the internal database
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data

Person;

• Having past experience working in a customer facing role
• Be comfortable performing various administration duties
• Confidence to deal with a range of people on a day to day basis
