Warehouse Administrator
Location: King's Lynn
Hours: Part Time - 26.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking for part-time hours in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're working with a well-established manufacturing business based in King's Lynn that is looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to support their operations team.

You'll be responsible for coordinating key administrative tasks across warehouse functions-supporting exports, deliveries, stock control, and invoicing. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, continuous improvement-focused environment, where your input directly contributes to operational success.

Your role will include:

• Processing documentation for the movement, picking, and packing of palletised goods
• Overseeing all export shipments and preparing commercial invoices
• Supporting with courier bookings and end-of-day manifests
• Carrying out stocktakes and gathering warehouse performance data
• Responding to queries from internal teams and ensuring documentation is updated accurately
• Contributing to ongoing improvements in warehouse processes
• Assisting with invoicing and customer shipment confirmations

What you'll need:

• Previous experience in a warehouse admin, logistics or supply chain support role
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and good general IT skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Experience using ERP or similar systems would be an advantage
• Knowledge of export shipping processes and platforms like UPS, DHL or FedEx would be beneficial
