The Role:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a crucial part in helping us find and engage the very best education talent. You’ll support our consultants to ensure our schools always have access to top-quality staff.

Day-to-day you will:

• Source and screen candidates for teaching and support roles
• Write engaging job adverts and post them on multiple platforms
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular contact
• Arrange interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Keep our database and records up to date
• Support consultants with administrative tasks and compliance checks

• Organised and able to juggle priorities in a busy environment
• Driven to succeed and eager to learn
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Previous recruitment, resourcing or sales experience is a bonus — but not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn!
