Key Responsibilities
Deliver case management and provide return-to-work advice
Undertake fitness-for-work medicals and health surveillance
Administer vaccinations and perform phlebotomy
Promote workplace health and wellbeing
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with GDPR
Work in accordance with the NMC Code and professional standards
Requirements
Registered Nurse (NMC) with an Occupational Health qualification (Diploma or Degree)
Proven experience in an occupational health setting
Competent in delivering health surveillance and clinical procedures
Confident in case management and providing written clinical advice
