Part Time Receptionist / Administrator

3 days per week, 8.30am – 5pm

Clarendon Road, Watford

A great role for an experienced and capable receptionist / administrator. Joining a global fashion organisation, this key role holds responsibility for creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth running of the front of house and being a dependable point of contact for everyone in the busy office.

What you will be doing includes:

Opening the office

Answering phone and email enquiries and welcoming visitors

Facilities Management including fire alarm tests, booking maintenance visits for office equipment, troubleshooting equipment issues

Facilitating and booking travel, including taxis, hotels, visas and flights

Ordering lunches and meeting refreshments

Responsibility for consignment queries, logging and unpacking incoming post

Managing pool car diary, and maintenance of the cars

Ordering and maintaining office supplies and kitchen stock

Provide wider team support including Facilities and HR


To be successful in the role you must be physically strong to lift light boxes and carry refreshments, have a professional manner, excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines. Having a passion for delivering excellent service to internal and external contacts and a high level of PC skills and be able to multi task will be great too.
