Finance Manager – Part-Time (18 hours/week)
Location: Leeds
Salary: up to £50,000 pro rata

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a highly respected organisation in Leeds, as they look to appoint a Finance Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team. This is a part-time opportunity with hybrid working options, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in a supportive and values-led environment.

This is a key strategic role where you'll lead the Finance function, oversee payroll and data compliance, and work closely with the CEO and board to support financial planning and organisational growth. 

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

  • Monthly management accounts, forecasting and reporting
  • Budgeting and annual accounts preparation
  • Payroll and pension management
  • Financial leadership and strategic planning
  • Overseeing data protection compliance
  • Supporting tender and funding applications

Key Skills & Experience required:

  • Ideally fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Proven experience in a similar senior finance role
  • Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance
  • A collaborative leader who can support and develop a small team
  • Experience within the charity, housing, or public sector would be an advantage, but is not essential.
