Office Assistant - Part Time

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced, friendly, and reliable Office Assistant to join our team and play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly. This is a 3-days-a-week position, perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of tasks, values attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering great service. You’ll be an essential part of the team, supporting a wide range of day-to-day office operations, including:

Mail & Deliveries - managing incoming and outgoing post, DX, faxes and couriers, ensuring everything reaches the right people on time
Reception & Meeting Rooms - helping set up rooms for meetings, preparing refreshments, and assisting with AV/IT needs
Reprographics & Printing - copying, scanning, binding and preparing documents for internal and external use
Health & Safety Support - keeping the workplace tidy, reporting any issues, and assisting with office inspections
New Starters & Moves - supporting inductions, arranging security passes, and helping with office relocations
General Office Operations - ordering supplies, coordinating small maintenance tasks, and ensuring everything runs efficiently

No two days are the same - you’ll be a key point of support for the wider team and help maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional workplace.

Key Skills

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous office support experience, ideally in a professional services environment
  • A client first focused mindset with great communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Experienced and Confident using IT systems and can work independently
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with attention to detail and discretion
