Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 DOE Pro Rata

The Position :

Our client are looking for a fully qualified ACCA or ACA Accounts Senior holding a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a General Practice Accountancy to join our experienced two partner firm, based in Dorking. They arelookingforsomeone who isableto hit the ground running due to going through aperiod of growthandwe are lookingfor someone experienced who can settleinquickly after asupportive inductioninto their ways of working.

Duties of the role :

- P11Ds

- Payroll

- Personal Tax Returns

- VAT Returns

- Management Accounts

- Corporation Tax Returns

- Preparation of company accounts

- Audit work when required on a diverse client portfolio

- Build and maintain client relationships

- Supervision of outsourced functions when required

- Opportunities to assist with the training and supervision of trainees.

Role Requirements :

Essential

- ACA or ACCA Qualified

- 5+ years post qualification experience in general practice environments.

- Experience managing junior staff

Desirable

- Audit protocols and processes

- Experience in Charity accounts, GB Accounts, and Trusts

- Strong IT skills

- Experience in cloud based booking software such as: Sage, Quickbooks & Xero

- Tax scale experience
