Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client; an established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Newport, Isle of Wight for a part-timeadministration assistant.

The role entails (but is not limited to):
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and electronic filing.
Scanning client records and updating the central database.
Assisting the practice manager with the onboarding of new clients.
Assisting the practice manager with the firm's credit control process.
Managing the firm's archiving system.
Managing the firm's centralised diary and booking meetings.
Preparing refreshments for colleagues and for client meetings.
Dealing with stationery orders and utility contracts.
A successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to efficiently follow processes and good organisational skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The full time salary for this position is £23,500 and would be pro rata.
This role is a part-time position Monday to Friday 9AM to 2PM.
