Overview:

We're looking for a dedicated Caretaker to offer opportunity to work in a welcoming local Support Centre, making a difference and ensuring the facilities of the building are clean and safe.

Main responsibilities of the Caretaker include:

• The role includes maintaining a clean, safe and healthy environment for the children and staff.
• You will be responsible for, sanitizing workrooms, hallways, restrooms, litter picking and completing minor maintenance repairs.
• Topping up consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, soaps), emptying bins and general site duties.

The successful Caretaker will have:

• Basic understanding of health and safety (though full training will be provided), be willing to learn, and be comfortable using a laptop and email.
• They should also be confident answering the phone, communicating with customers, and contractors, setting alarms, and assisting with fire drills.
