Training Support Coordinator

  • Location: TW (with potential home working)
  • Job Type: Part-time, 24 hours per week (over a minimum of 3 days)
  • Hourly Rate: £12-£14

My client is looking for a part time Training Support Coordinator to assist in managing a busy schedule of courses and assessments, ensuring an outstanding experience for every learner.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage delegate bookings and process amendments.
  • Handle course results and issue certificates.
  • Respond to learner and trainer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Support test setup, remote invigilation, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in our systems.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-house and external training events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Confident in using digital tools such as Outlook, Excel, and CRMs, or quick to learn.
  • Comfortable handling a varied workload in a busy environment.
  • Experience in training, events, or education support is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with systems such as ClassMarker, SimpleCert, or Salesforce-type CRMs is preferred.
