Our client are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. Offering two days per week a Saturday and Monday, based at the offices in Stonebridge, Milton Keynes.
 
Part of a friendly team, you will be responsible for processing sales made via our website and also for looking after our customers, offering support, addressing concerns and fielding questions. To be successful in this position, you will be self-motivated, persistent, and knowledgeable, with a friendly can-do attitude.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing of sales received on our website from receipt through to organising delivery and keeping our centres up to date with their latest bookings.
  • Processing of fittings received via our third-party partners, organising diary bookings and liaising with customer and partners.
  • Interact with customers on the phone, email and internet in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer customers questions about our clients products or company, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Update our in-house order and CRM system with latest progress of an order, order amendments and new orders.
Proven customer service experience, the ability to work part-time hours, long term this role has the potential to increase with the days and hours on offer.  There is also the ability expand your skills and experience within a pro-active environment.
