Entry-Level Administrator - Part Time (20 hours) 

Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day - flexible hours 

Permanent - office based

Up to £25,000 depending on experience

A fantastic local business is looking for an Entry-Level Administrator to join their team who can bring great organisational, customer service and multi-tasking skills.  

Duties will include the following:

  • Basic data entry
  • Some finance administration (will be trained) 
  • Answering phones 
  • Emailing clients 
  • Ringing clients with updates 
  • Updating financial documents 
  • Creating reports 
  • Maintaining and update client records
  • Performing other administrative and ad-hoc tasks to support the team

To be successful in your application, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Some admin experience would be beneficial
  • Confident use of Microsoft packages is essential, including Word and Excel.  Training can be given on other programmes.  
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to tasks.   
  • Confident telephone manner, keen to learn and articulate financial jargon.  
  • Be a team player, willing to help and support others.
