Salary:  £30 - £33k dependant on experience plus commission

£500 bonus paid after completion of a successful 6-month probation!

Key Responsibilities:

·      You will be responsible for handling the full recruitment life cycle for TAL.

·      You’ll be the first point of contact for our candidates ensuring they receive the best first impression.

·      You will be qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, being able to embody the brand and gain candidate commitment.

·      Ensure all data and candidates records are up to date on our ATS.

·      Shortlisting and screening suitable candidates in line with the relevant job description.

·      Searching across multiple job databases for candidates.

·      You will be communicating with senior internal stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, so clear and confident communication is key for this role.

·      Arranging interviews with the hiring managers and providing support when required.

·      General recruitment administration.

Is this you?

·      3+ years in recruitment.

·      Confident in their ability to engage with the candidate and manage a busy diary.

·      Strong administration and organisational skills.

·      Experience with Boolean skills.

·      Strong knowledge of recruitment ATS.

·      Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan your own workload.

·      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·      You will portray a professional image of the team and business.

·      Proficient in MS Office applications.
