Payroll Administrator PT

Hays Business Support are partnering with a business in Dereham who are looking for an experienced part-time administrator to work 20 hours a week supporting an established payroll team. This will be a permanent part-time job paying up to £30,000 depending on experience, which will be pro rata for part-time hours.

Role Responsibilities:
- Dealing with new starters and checking the data on their in-house payroll system,
- Reviewing uploaded hours for the weekly and monthly payrolls,
- Processing HMRC statutory deductions,
- Making any SMP, SSP payments,
- Raising any adjustment payments,
- Dealing with payroll queries.

You should have a genuine desire, and/or previous experience supporting a payroll team, and you must be highly organised, numerate and confident with Excel.
