Internal Sales Advisor & Estimator - Maternity Cover (12 Months)

• Location: Southampton
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Industry: Plumbing & Heating Merchanting

Are you experienced in the plumbing and heating supplies sector and looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Internal Sales Advisor & Estimator to join our commercial team on a permanent basis.

• Manage incoming quotation requests and phone enquiries.
• Prepare and return quotations promptly and accurately.
• Advise on product availability and alternatives.
• Liaise with suppliers for contract pricing and special orders.
• Support the external sales team to maximise conversion rates.
• Follow up on leads and manage email communications.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing products and industry practices (an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
