Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Estate Agent looking for a better work-life balance, a great team, and no weekend work?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly regarded property firm in Wellingborough that specialises in residential lettings, sales, and professional surveying services.

This is an exciting office-based opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a tight-knit, supportive team and is confident managing their own portfolio of lettings. You’ll report directly to the business owner and work closely with an experienced administrator.

• Registering applicants and managing databases
• Matching tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings
• Providing feedback, negotiating offers, and preparing tenancy terms
• Managing properties from instruction to ‘Let Agreed’ status
• Conducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance
• Offering regular market insights and working to team goals

• Experience in lettings or estate agency
• Confident communicator with great customer service skills
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant legislation
• Able to multitask and manage a variety of properties
• ALTO software experience (preferred but not essential)
