Looking for flexibility without stepping back from the motor trade? Join a respected main franchise dealer in a flexible part-time admin role that offers structure, support, and variety — all within a welcoming, down-to-earth team.


Their current admin team are very busy due to a successful service and parts department, so looking for additional help from a friendly, pro-active individual like yourself!


What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a varied support role spanning both the service and parts departments. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly — from job cards to stock control.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing job cards and diagnostic sheets for technicians
  • Pre-calling customers to confirm bookings and clarify details
  • Supporting the parts department with back-of-house tasks
  • Managing stock, orders, and parts movements
  • Using the Kerridge DMS system daily



What you’ll need:

  • Prior experience in a dealership admin role, ideally aftersales or service
  • Confident using dealer CRM systems, ideally Kerridge
  • Available to work Monday to Friday (30 hours pw, flexible rota to suit you)
