HR Administrator (Part Time)

We're on the lookout for a positive, proactive, and detail-driven HR superstar to join our friendly and fast-paced HR team. With 300 team members across the Resort, you'll play a key role in supporting our people every step of the way - from their first day to their next big opportunity!


What you'll be doing:

Working closely with our HR Manager, you'll be the go-to person for everything HR related, including:

  • Supporting our Recruitment Co-ordinator with recruitment and onboarding
  • Hosting inspiring Company Inductions for new starters
  • Being the friendly first point of contact for team queries
  • Keeping payroll and employee records spot-on and up to date
  • Creating monthly HR reports to support business insights
  • Attending meetings and capturing accurate, confidential minutes
  • Conducting Right to Work checks and ensuring compliance
  • Managing uniform stock and issuing to new team members
  • Promoting mental health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Conducing exit interviews and capturing key feedback
  • Helping to roll out exciting HR projects and initiatives
  • Keeping everything organised with general HR admin support


Working Hours:

  • 24 hours per week, over 4 days (to include every Monday) - perfect for work-life balance!


What You'll Bring:

  • An understanding of the need for confidentiality and GDPR requirements surrounding team member information
  • Previous experience in an HR Admin role is a must
  • A keen eye for detail, excellent people skills, and a passion for learning
  • A proactive attitude and a natural flair for organisation
  • Experience of HRIS systems


Potters Resorts Five Lakes £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, pro-rata Tiptree
