Our Client is Hiring – Part-Time Production Assistant (Furniture Manufacturing)

Location: Redditch

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Hours: 20 hours per week (with potential to increase over time to full-time)

Our client is looking for a hardworking, hands-on team member to join a friendly production team, with a growing furniture manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a part-time role with a long-term opportunity to increase hours and grow with the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sanding and finishing wooden furniture.
• Assisting with furniture assembly.
• Packing and preparing items for dispatch.
• Basic workshop support tasks (lifting, loading, moving materials).
• Keeping the workspace clean and safe.
• Following all Health and Safety procedures.

No experience needed, full training given. Overtime available.

This role is ideal for someone with a practical mindset who is happy working with their hands in a workshop setting. Experience is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.
