We're opening a beautiful new store at Cotswold Designer Outlet and are looking for a Supervisor who's ready to take the next step in their retail career.

• Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily retail store operations

• Leading by example on the shop floor to deliver standout customer service

• Coaching and motivating the team to exceed sales and service goals

• Maintaining high visual merchandising standards

• Acting as a keyholder and taking responsibility for opening/closing when needed

• You've got experience in a retail supervisor/keyholder role (ideally in fashion or accessories)

• You're confident, reliable, and calm under pressure

• You love retail and bring a genuine passion for delivering great service

• You're a natural team player who brings energy and positivity to every shift

• £13.00 per hour + bonus
