We have a super opportunity in the beautiful Plymouth area for an experienced New Homes sales negotiator working part time (ideally two days per week) in the New Homes department of a long established and highly reputable Estate Agency with an hourly rate of £14ph plus commission and pension.

Are you an experienced property sales negotiator ideally with some experience of working off plan in either New Homes or Estate Agency and are you living in the Plymouth area? We have an existing opportunity which can be a little fluid to suit the candidate. Ideally two days per week with occasional holiday cover . You would need to have at least some property sales experience (ideally off plan sales) and a great track record in property with your own car.

Salary flexible for the right person but in the region of £14ph plus commission, mileage allowance and pension.
