Role Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to promote independence for adults with learning disabilities and autism, supporting their transition to more independent living

  • Design and implement specialist psychological treatment plans to enhance quality of life for service users

  • Conduct research and project work to promote evidence-based practice across services

  • Deliver staff training and reflective practice sessions to embed high-quality psychological care

Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist

  • Experience conducting psychological assessments with individuals with cognitive or learning disabilities

  • Strong understanding of evidence-based psychological practice and excellent communication skills
