Bank Administrator
Summary:

The Role
We currently have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at New Hall Hospital. You will be an integral part of the team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. This is a busy role liaising with patients, consultants and all hospital departments. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative and the ability to work within a team.
High-level duties include:
Handle all patient enquiries promptly and efficiently for Inpatient / Outpatients
Provide detailed information to patient enquiries delivering excellent customer service
Develop and maintain good working relationships with all internal departments across both Hospitals
Build and maintain excellent relationships with consultants and their secretaries
Supporting patients with their enquiries
Communication via phones and emails
What you’ll bring with you
Proven track record of achieving targets whilst maintaining an outstanding level of customer service
An excellent standard of computer literacy to include experience in Word & Excel
The ability to work under pressure whilst remaining patient/ consumer focused
Experience working in a private healthcare setting is preferred
Good attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
A flexible and positive attitude

What is a Bank Contract:
A Bank contract at Ramsay Health Care UK is a flexible employment agreement where you are not committed to a set number of hours per week. Instead, you work on an ad-hoc basis, filling in shifts that we have available in our hospitals. A Bank contract is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, as it allows you to choose shifts that fit your availability, leaving you with a greater work-life balance. Bank contracts are also a fantastic way to secure additional income alongside other contracted work. Our Bank staff play a crucial role in maintaining service levels during peak times or staff shortages, ensuring that patient care remains uninterrupted.
