Salary: £30,000–£33,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Administrator to support our busy Repairs Team working on contracts.

This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling and responding to emails related to repairs and maintenance
  • Logging faults and tracking progress through internal systems
  • Maintaining and updating training records
  • General administrative duties including filing, document management, and data entry
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in administration, ideally within a construction or repairs environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital systems
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • A team player with a positive and flexible attitude
