We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join our client based in Swindon. They are a small but successful, manufacturing business based in Swindon and they are looking for someone to assist with HR administration, health and safety, general administration and facilities/contracts management.


Roles:

  • HR administration including managing holidays, absences, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding
  • Liaising with employment law consultants and handling disciplinary matters
  • Maintaining staff records and compliance documentation
  • Coordinating vehicle servicing, MOTs, and documentation
  • Overseeing health & safety and product compliance
  • Managing utilities contracts and office supplies (stationery, hygiene, PPE)
  • Supporting customer and staff interactions as needed

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience in HR or office management
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Common sense and practicality
