We are working with a well established independent firm of chartered accountants in Worthing, West Sussex to recruit an experienced practice bookkeeper to join their busy team. .

The firm mainly work with SME businesses, and pride themselves on high levels of customer service. In this newly created post you will be providing a full bookkeeping service as well as producing VAT returns and advising on processes and software.

About you

• Previous experience of bookkeeping for multiple clients, ideally gained in an accountancy practice environment
• Good working knowledge of cloud based accounting software, ideally Xero
• Organised, detail minded with strong communication skills
• AAT qualification or equivalent would be an advantage, but relevant experience is more important
• Live within a reasonable commute of Worthing, West Sussex
