Job Title: Part-Time Porter
Location: Kensington, London
Salary: £17,000 per annum
Hours: 24.5 hours per week

• Monday to Wednesday: 3:30pm - 7:00pm
• Thursday: 3:00pm - 7:00pm
• Friday: 3:30pm - 7:00pm
• Saturday: 7:00am - 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and their guests
• Oversee deliveries and ensure parcels are safely stored and logged
• Maintain cleanliness and order in communal areas, including the lobby and front entrance
• Report any maintenance issues or security concerns to management promptly
• Assist with minor ad-hoc tasks to support residents and building management
• Monitor building access to ensure a secure environment at all times
• Work closely with the Building Manager to uphold high service standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a residential or hotel environment preferred
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and service-orientated
• Friendly and professional manner with a keen eye for detail
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
