Trainee Office Administrator

  • Operate and maintain printing and scanning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Process customer data accurately and securely in line with confidentiality standards.
  • Provide front-line support to customers, resolving basic technical issues and queries.
  • Manage workloads independently while meeting deadlines, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Ensure all documentation and output meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a printing/scanning or similar technical environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple technical issues independently.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of customer confidentiality and data protection principles.
  • Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
