This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Corporate Paralegal who is looking to move beyond pure transactional work and desires a role that offers the potential for developing and creating long term partnerships.

• Handle all aspects of Company Commercial work, supporting a range of services detailed on our website.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their businesses to provide tailored legal solutions.
• Manage a caseload from start to finish, involving both existing clients and new enquiries.
• Travel as required to other sites, although the role will predominantly be based in our Coventry office.
• Engage in new business development and meet fee earning targets effectively.

• 2-4 years fee earning experience in Company Commercial law.
• Ability to drive with own transport due to office location and role requirements.
• Proven track record in handling a comprehensive caseload and meeting fee earning targets.
• Strong capabilities in new business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
