Salary: £26,000 pro rata/ £13.33 per hour

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Corby. This role is very much back office customer support and administration - supporting their B2C clientele.
We're seeking a confident and reliable Administrator with excellent customer service skills who’s comfortable spending time on the phone. Become an integral part of the team, where you'll be the first point of contact for our client’s customers, handling inquiries, managing case workflows, and ensuring smooth communication. From processing post and maintaining filing systems to securing essential documents and working closely with colleagues, you’ll be key to ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What your day to day will look like:
