Are you a commercially sharp, growth-minded Head of Sales ready to shape a high-potential brand in the evolving wellness space?
I'm currently working with a fast-growth FMCG innovator launching a first-of-its-kind, UK-manufactured product line across the vape, CBD, and supplement categories. Backed by strong investment and a premium, compliant product portfolio — they’re now seeking a sales leader to own the commercial strategy and lead from the front.
The Opportunity: As Head of Sales, you’ll:
- Drive new business with major UK retail, convenience, and wholesale partners
- Own the go-to-market strategy and lead category penetration for a disruptive, wellness-led range
- Build and manage your own team – recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing commercial function
- Hold full P&L responsibility, from forecasting and pricing to promo planning
- Represent the brand at expos, trade events, and buyer meetings across the UK
What You’ll Bring: - 7+ years’ sales leadership experience in FMCG or Convenience, ideally within vape, CBD, health supplements, or tobacco
- Strong UK retail relationships (convenience, high street, or wholesale channels)
- Proven ability to scale teams and deliver against aggressive growth targets
- P&L ownership and data-led commercial acumen
- Confident navigating regulated categories and compliance-heavy products
