Part-time Administrator (20 hours a week)

Looking for a part-time flexible role to fit around school hours? (20 hours a week)

We’ve been asked to recruit an Administrator for a company based in Market Harborough.

This is a newly created position, where you’ll be working in a small team of 5, reporting into one of the Executives.

Below is an overview of the role;

  • Be the point of contact for customers – via telephone, email or in person.
  • General filing and keeping office databases up to date.
  • Processing sales orders, purchase orders, and sales invoices.
  • Arranging shipments to customers.
  • Communicating with suppliers to arrange deliveries.
  • Organising the service team calendar.
