We are proud to be more than just recruiters - we are community builders and problem solvers. With a deep understanding of the local business ecosystem, we help candidates flourish and businesses grow.

The Fractional Quarter – a new community for fractional executives, including CFOs, CMOs, CTOs, and NEDs, focused on collaboration and shared growth.

Finance Innovation Now (FIN) – a hub for AI training and advisory services, empowering finance professionals to embrace innovation and automation.

You’ll be joining a passionate, entrepreneurial team that values integrity, inclusion, and innovation, and you’ll play a key role in amplifying our impact across all three brands.
