Rotherham – Parking on site
24 Hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 9 – 3.30 (Days can be negotiable if needed)
Fully Office Based

Contract until the end of 2028 (expected to be funded until 2031)

Elevation Recruitment are working exclusively with a public sector organisation based in Rotherham to support with the recruitment of a HR Support Officer (admin).

The main duties of the role include:

  • Support the HR function with all admin tasks
  • Support with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Monitor the recruitment and HR inbox
  • Organise interviews and appointments
  • Carry out reference checks and ensure all HR checklists are followed
  • Carry out right to work checks and payroll forms
  • Prepare new starter welcome packs and induction plans
  • Support with HR related projects

This is an opportunity to support within a busy HR department.

Salary £28,840 FTE (£19,776 Pro-rata)

10% employer contribution to pension

Ideally the candidate will have had exposure to HR Admin and in particular was involved within recruitment.
