Warehouse Operatives – Hounslow

Hourly Rate: £12.21-£12.75

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days Only)

Hours: 06:00–18:00

Strive Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting multiple Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in Hounslow. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and well-structured operation supporting essential import and export functions.

• Build ULDs and handle import/export shipments
• Manage forecourt and vehicle control
• Release import shipments and process relevant paperwork
• Identify and report packaging issues
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• 5-year checkable UK background with no unspent criminal convictions
• Valid passport or UK driving license
• Ability to lift parcels up to 30kg
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Flexibility during busy periods
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Valid DBS (can be arranged at a charge)
• Cargo Operative Training Certificate (can be arranged at a charge)
