There are two sides to the job.
Although low-volume, there is the transactional side that needs to get done. (AP, AR, expenses).
Then there is the meatier stuff.
Building robust cash-flow modelling. Deep-diving into individual accounts to truly understand profitability and business performance. Board-level reporting.
About you.
We can go one of two ways.
You might be happy with both sides of the job and be looking for 4 or 5 days per week.
Or maybe you’d prefer not to be involved in the transactional stuff and would rather work 2-3 days per week.

Either way, you’ll be an experienced accountant (qualified or not) with extensive experience working in SMEs. You’ll be a great communicator with a commercial outlook – you know how to and enjoy adding value. A good working knowledge of Xero is also needed.
